The clusters
Four clusters, each doing the one thing it does best.
India’s garment industry is regional and specialised. Tiruppur owns cotton knits. Ludhiana runs wovens and winterwear. Bengaluru does structured shirting and workwear. Karur and Panipat make home textiles.
We place each style with the cluster that already builds it every day, then run our own merchandiser on the floor, so the sealed sample, the bulk fabric and the shipped goods are the same garment.
- Tech pack in, counter sample in 10–14 days, sealed sample before bulk.
- Fabric approved on GSM, shrinkage, colour fastness and hand feel.
- In-line checks at 20% and 60%, AQL 2.5 final random inspection.
- Buyer-nominated third-party inspection welcome at any stage.

Grades shown are the lines we hold most often. Origin, crop year, moisture, ASTA colour, GSM or count are all confirmed on the proforma invoice before you pay anything.

Care labels, fibre-content labels and country-of-origin marking are produced to the destination market’s rules. Send your label artwork and we will return a print proof before bulk production begins.

Folded, bagged, ratio-packed and marked to your carton spec.
Assortment ratios, size sets and shipping marks are agreed on the proforma invoice. Nothing is improvised at the packing table.
