Burlap sacks and brass bowls of Indian spices including turmeric, chilli powder, peppercorns and cumin, on a dark table

Division 01

Spices, bought
where they grow.

Turmeric from Erode, chilli from Guntur and Byadgi, pepper from Idukki, cumin and fennel from Unjha. We buy the lot, clean it, sterilise it and pack it to your moisture and ASTA colour spec.

22 standing lines  ·  ASTA & ISO grades  ·  Steam sterilised, ETO-free

At origin

Bought at the mandi, not off a trader’s list.

Our buyers stand in the yards at Guntur, Erode, Unjha, Ramganj and Idukki through the arrival season. Buying at source is how you control crop year, colour and heat, three things a middleman’s invoice never tells you.

Every lot then goes through cleaning, de-stoning and gravity separation before it is graded. Where the destination requires it, we steam-sterilise at an ISO 22000 unit rather than using ethylene oxide.

  • Crop year and harvest window stated on every offer.
  • Sortex-clean to 99%+ on seed spices, admixture reported per lot.
  • Steam sterilisation to 10²–10³ CFU/g on request, never ETO.
  • NABL lab reports for aflatoxin, pesticide residue and heavy metals.

The range

Twenty-two lines we hold, and anything else you specify.

Whole, ground and blended. Each line is quoted against a stated origin, grade and pack. Change any of them and we requote.

Grades shown are the lines we hold most often. Origin, crop year, moisture, ASTA colour, GSM or count are all confirmed on the proforma invoice before you pay anything.

    Grades & testing

The numbers your QA team will ask for.

These are the parameters we contract on. Tighter tolerances are available on most lines. Tell us the target and we will confirm feasibility before quoting.
